The MPREC Building and Construction Company

In keeping with a focus on seeking ‘a better way of doing business’, MPREC has established a building and construction company that has as its goal provision of competitive and quality services throughout the region.

Management

The MPREC Building Company is headed up by Building Manager Steve Parish, an experienced, well known and accomplished builder (Builder’s Licence 64451C). Steve’s commercial projects include:

  • Bunnings Dubbo - Project Supervisor $12M Project
  • Spotlight Dubbo -Project Supervisor $6.5M Project
  • Bowen Petroleum (Caltex) -Construction and R&M
  • McDonalds Australia -Construction McCafe Dubbo
  • Residential construction -Western NSW

Accreditation

In meeting its focus on Best Practice, the MPREC Building Company complies with AS/NZS 4801 and is currently enrolled with Global-Mark Certification to achieve triple certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS/NZS 4801). Indications are that this process will be completed by May 2009.

The MPREC Building and Construction Company is a comprehensive, capable service provider. We  will develop a competitive quotation on your building / construction project, and will provide turn-key services that meet project specifications on time, within budget. The building and construction teams are under the guidance and supervision of experienced personnel, every step of the way.

The MPREC Building and Construction Company is providing employment, apprenticeship and training opportunities for Indigenous Australians. As a not-for-profit organisation, funds are channelled directly back into communities through projects and initiatives, MPREC meeting the needs of Aboriginals in communities throughout Western NSW.
